Hi Jenn! That is so funny that you noticed my bag- but a good way to identify me as I never leave home without it.  I'll have to keep a look out for you and say Hi.  I'm usually rushing to work or from work , so I don't always keep a look out for everyone, but I'll keep an eye open for ya :)

I wanted to stop at the pit stop and get some coffee, but again, I was rushing to work and just gave a hearty "Thanks, wish I could stop" and waved at the pitstop crew.

Who stopped to get 'free coffee' at Lincoln & Wellington Pit Stop?

I needed to get to work so just gave the VERY enthusiastic ladies a smile and wave.

Melanie K - I have seen you every day this week stopped at Lincoln & Belmont. **Promise not a stalker!!** My schedule is off since the kid is on spring break. We are on the sidewalk going north on Ashland - If the two of us get close enough, I plan on saying hello. No need to be alarmed, I am just a Dork, admiring your Po Campo bag!!

For some reason I have not been getting updates. Throwing my name back in. And yes, I did ride today

Just got home, tough going north from Fullerton to Lawrence on the LFP in the wind

Maybe I will have a tailwind in the morning. I hope.

I was optomistic on the way to work, tail wind sunshine but really underdressed for the ride home.

My office just closed and I've been working from home, so getting a ride in actually involves remembering to do so on purpose. So far I've managed to keep up with it even with a nasty bit of wind this morning.

Yesterday's wind on the way home wore.....me....out....

sorry had to be post 2000

I am going to tonight

I'll take Reply #2001...although I could delete a previous reply and take #2000. :P

I cannot remember the last time I drove my car. That's not because I drink too much, either. It's because I don't drive anymore. It's kinda awesome. That car looks filthy parked there on the street. By contrast, my bike is shiny and clean. I just got a spa treatment for her last week at my local shop.

It's been mighty windy hasn't it? Last night, I wasn't exactly dressed for the weather. (All of my pants have holes in ass.) My face had that horrid nearly-about-to-crack quality it gets in this kind of weather. It's still way better than not riding!

Hi, Mark Newald.

Hi Holly. Nice to hear from you again. And love the new picture! I have a kilt that looks almost like that!

Hi, Mark Newald.

I noticed you'd popped in here yesterday, Mark. Good to see you, too. And--of course you have a kilt!

Happy Friday.
