LO freaking L. I am glad I read this after the coffee drinking portion of my day. Otherwise I might have spit coffee all over the place!
2. I'm glad to hear that you at least tried to ride even though you were in pain. Sometimes riding is easier/more feasible than any other means of getting around. [boring knee story omitted]

Permalink Reply by Manny FU...Really!? on January 5, 2013 at 5:34am Sorry about your new year start. Have you gone to see your Dr. for the injury? You might have been neglecting something for that to happen. Maybe you can strengthen all those areas (core) when you get back on your feet. Hopefully, soon.
However, I would like to know how a paper DD bag did that much damage to your bike? Was there frozen donuts in there ?
I hope that you get better soon, so you can start enjoying your time.
I have several injuries, to include a complete knee replacement (courtesy of the United States Army) and a few more, I am happy that I am alive and above-ground. I thank my God that I have been allowed to be alive another day.
Look on the bright side.....Others are worse off than you.
have a Great Day !
Respectfully,
Manny
