Free Bike Wash

Let it be known that our thoughtful, bike-crazy mayor has secretly designed a free bicycle washing area into the new revetments in Burnham Park around 33rd Street. Who says the funds spent for making the park more Olympic sailing friendly are not already returning huge dividends.

Next time, I think I should tie a line onto the bike so a rogue wave does not claim it for the lake. I would feel a bit stupid watching it go in and under. Another note from my experience: expect a bit of spritzing yourself.
