Super light bike (about 18 lbs) with upgrades including: new cables, new Ultegra cassette, new Ultegra chain, new SRAM large chainring, 2 bottle cages, small saddle bag w/extra tube, Clement road tires. I paid $2300 and last year spent $500+ in a big refresh. 

I did a big refresh late last summer on the bike and didn't get a chance to ride it (less than 100 miles on it this year). Pedals and saddle not included.
