The Chainlink

Hey dudes. I am having a bit of trouble finding biking directions to 3 Floyds. Do you know a good site where I can get directions? Or if you've done it before maybe shoot me a line with the suggested route?
Thank you.

I just have a couple of things to add:

3F has recently expanded the dining room and redone the menu. I think the menu is a little better than the last iteration, but not as good as the Mike Sheerin designed menu from a few years ago.

If you got fat tires and an adventurous spirit, you can continue on the gravel railbed where the Burnham Greenway "ends." You'll pass some behind some industrial sites and wind up right at 45th and Calumet Ave. This doesn't really save any time, i just think it's fun to bushwack a little

Speaking of bushwacking, there's all quite a few unofficial paths that parallel the green way. Keep your eyes open if you're into that kind of stuff.

Also, I've never waited at  more than 15mins for a table at 3F, but of course that's probably just coincidence.

I had absolutely no intention of answering the query of the OP because I quite frankly can't stand a damn thing about 3F's or their restaurant; I was merely agreeing out loud with Serge.

I agree with the others who state that FFF is over-rated, poorly located, staffed by people with a bad attitude, and not worth the wait. I too far and away prefer the experience at Flossmoor Station. But the OP was asking how to get to FFF, not whether it sucks. Had that been the question, I would have cheerfully replied, "yes it does."

What happened Craig? Dish the dirt...

Thank you for your help gang - we'll definitely hit up Flossmoor. Cheers!

Adventurous spirit required, fat tires optional.  :-)
