did someone lose a red Fiji bike?

at 12:12pm Sunday 6/9/13 I saw someone walking a very tall red and white Fiji road bike west on Augusta, west of Ashland. The bike was way too tall for the person with it - his feet probably wouldn't touch the pedals. Clip=pedals.

I didn't have my cell phone to call it in.

No - it was red and white and very tall - 60cm. A regular road bike like the bottom image, so tall that this man (or me, I'm 5'3") wouldn't be able to touch the pedals. I was suspicious because it didn't look right.

Man walking with it was wearing hiking/work boots and with the pedal clips, he certainly wouldn't beable to pedal.
