Details on bicyclist struck on 1800 block of North Milwaukee yesterday?

Someone emailed me this message:

"FYI, bicyclist hit by car in the 1800 block of Milwaukee [Monday] around 5 pm. Taken by ambulance."

Does anyone have information on what happened and the status of the cyclist?

I've put in an inquiry with Police News Affairs.
