Not to highjack- but "who" saw the doc last night?
Was really interesting to hear Pete describe the process around the creation of the record. Really cool footage of Keith as well.
The discussion and conversation around the LP booklet with the photog was cool- had me checking out my LP- coolness.

Damn... had no idea about the one night thing. I just missed the LCD Soundsystem film on Monday night as well.

A friend had some tickets that he bought and forgot about- worked out in my favor- I would have definitely missed it otherwise. At the theater @ Western &Diversey there were maybe 30 Who fans...

A scooter might be more appropriate.
If not, perhaps the 5:15.I am not a fan of the Allstate Arena but am a huge fan of Quadrophenia. That might tip the balance. I saw them at the Chicago Statdium in December, 1975 and it was one of the best rock shows I have seen.

Yeah, I just read about that the other day when someone I was talking to was trying to claim (and very insistently) there was previously an "Allstate Arena" in the south suburbs that she thought had been renamed to something else sometime in the past.
Didn't the Who play House of Blues last time they were in town?

I saw The Who probably 10 years or so ago at the Tweeter Center/The World, when Entwistle was still alive. That place sucks so bad that I don't remember much about it. But I'm a fan of this band, especially The Who Sell Out and Who's Next.
