Wow, this story is disgusting! The CPD thinks they can get away with anything. I hope he rots in hell.

No, some individuals in CPD think they can get away with anything. When I mentioned this story to a CPD friend, he was disgusted.
His comment: "They're seriously making an example of this guy. He's likely to be out of a job soon. Good riddance."
