Anyone know what was going on at Milwaukee/Augusta this AM?

A little after 8 there were two fire trucks and at least two police cars parked on Milwaukee, addressing some incident on the off-ramp from 90/94. People in yellow vests milling around, etc.

For some reason it read to me like a pedestrian had been hit by a car (I've seen people walking on the off-ramp with signs asking for money, for example).

Just curious if anyone saw anything.
