anyone have an extra holder/mount for a cylindrical shaped headlight?

The semi-circular top part of the mount - the part that actually holds the light - for my headlight got broken. Here is what the product looks lke:

I was wondering if anyone have an extra mount or if there was a way i could just replace the mount since my light is working well. Thanks!

From the pictures it looks like you might be able to attach a pipe clamp to the top portion (assuming it is a quick release that you'd like to keep for removing when parked) by running a machine screw thru from the bottom to hold the clamp which then holds the lite.

Or run a 'Breeze' clamp (they will know them at the hardware or auto parts store) thru the bar clamping section to go around the lite but this loses the quick release function.

The first idea could also be used for snapping the lite in and out by using a rubber band or elastic thru the pipe clamps top hole making a firmer fir to the lite.

Any LBS in town can get you Wald items.  I think you need the Wald #40 flashlight holder from your description of the light:

Or just order one from Amazon.  Shipping on one item kills you but if you are looking for other bike stuff and you buy a bunch through Niagara/Amazon (or other vendor as long as it is all shipping from the same place) the shipping combines and it's not a big deal.
