The Chainlink

Hello

I want to ride faster. I ride about 2000 miles a year, at about 10 mph. I have a knee replacement on my left leg and right foot problems, but I can ride for 50 miles in a day. I would like advice on how to increase my speed. Thanx in advance.

Oh, nutrition wise, within 45 minutes after finishing exercise, eat 1 oz of protein to rebuild your muscles.  A slice of turkey or ham, peanut butter, etc.  Additional consumption of protein or fat or minimal carbs for other purposes (maintaining weight) is expected.
