I like their stuff, but I have now bought TWO replacement headlamp brackets for the same 3-Beam headlamp. The first two were stolen -- along with my bikes -- in Chicago!

Srry, getting rides stolen sucks. Have had luck with multiple ulocks being used at all times.

If you wrote to them and made a case for your bikes being stolen through no fault of your own (e.g. unlocked or cable locked) I can't imagine they wouldn't send you out a replacement for free?
