In order to property eat over 2000 calories we'll need to shed a couple first. This year we've got a new meet up location at Robinson Woods - South. The route heads straight north on the Des Plaines River Trail for about 15 miles and then back. There is some sweat off trail single track that I encourage everybody to shred. Be forewarned that its a great way to get seperated from the group, so know your surrounds and be prepaired to find your own way if you get adventurous. 

Just like all my rides, there is no target pace or first place. I encourage everybody to go their own speed. Some folks are faster, some folks are slower. The great thing is that if you stay on the trail getting lost is near impossible.
