Car parking on Milwaukee by Richard's is pretty easy. If not Milwaukee, Des Plaines usually has some parking available. It's not a big deal around there. The parking lot Chase mentioned is for Piccolo Sogno.

Oh, uh... The street? I honestly don't know. I think there is some sort of parking lot on the North side of Grand, East of Halsted. I think.

I usually lock up on Milwaukee across the street from the bar. I can see the bikes from the window, and I kinda like that. Otherwise there is more parking on the same side of the street on Milwaukee. There's two entrances to the bar. If you can't find a free spot you can lock up to any of us. Just poke your head in and we'll show ya where we're locked.

Good question Zak.  From the looks of it, there isn't a bike rack nearby.  Lots of larger poles to lock to but nothing u-lock friendly.  Any suggestions Chase?  Where do you and your friends usually lock up?
