Back by no popular demand.

Meet in Amundsen High parking lot off Damen. Striking out north, we will visit several brewpubs in the northern burbs. Planned itinerary:

Ram (Wheeling)

Flatlanders (Lincolnshire)

Micky Finn's and/or Firkin (Libertyville)

Lake Bluff Brewing (Lake Bluff)

Planned route is:

Ride speed will be around 15 mph, total distance around 50 miles. Portions of the ride will be on the Des Plaines Trail, with the crushed limestone.

Ride ends in Lake Bluff. There is a nearby Metra station (Metra times: 4:20, 5:20, 7:20) to get you back to Chicago, or you can ride back via the McClory Trail.
