I'll be at WTB for the clothing swap so I won't be there tomorrow night.  I've been in touch with 2 awesome cabbies, Rashid of @chicagocabbie and Finn.  They seem to be on board in some capacity.  I think we should call it: Chicago Cyclists and Cabbies Team Up!
