E.T.: The Extra-Terrestrial at Movies on the Roof

It won't be long before June 12th arrives and the vid-work of our talented filmmakers appears on the big screen in Millenium Park for The Chainlink's Bike Chicago PSA Contest. 

While we get to vote up a winner online, the contest finalists enjoy the tremendous honor of having their 90-second shorts open for the unforgettable bike fairy-tale/scary-tale Pee-wee's Big Adventure. 

But if you can't wait that long to get your bike-themed movie fix, then come out on June 5th to the opening night of this summer's Movies on the Roof.  

Our friends Laura and Tom are once again opening their home (and their grill) to share some classic silver screen moments with us, beginning with the most renown bicycle silhouette on planet Earth in E.T.: The Extra-Terrestrial.  

Bike parking is available around the neighborhood.  Bring food and drinks to share.  Check out their website for the exact time, location, and other fun info.
