Description

Please join the Academy for Global Citizenship for an event called “Bikes and Beers for a Bright Tomorrow” at Bar DeVille, Wednesday June 27^thfrom 7-10 PM. The event will offer a fun, free-spirited excuse to welcome in the dog days of summer with beer and drink specials, a bicycle-centric raffle (with a free ticket for showing your helmet at the door) and music by an awesome DJ. Proceeds from the evening will go to the Academy for Global Citizenship, a unique Chicago Public charter school, located on the underserved Southwest side of Chicago, revolutionizing the way we approach education.

We have an awesome raffle including gear from Chrome and vintage Schwinn bicycles...as well as Goose Island, Active Transportation Alliance, Green Grocer and more!
