Description

BBL (Bike, Butt, Legs) GOES SOUTH

The weather looks great so let's start the novice cycling series a week early!!! Please RSVP and let us know you are coming!

This is ANOTHER in a series of Novice Cyclist Training rides. The location is perfect for triathletes as you can do a run on the lakefront after the ride.

Again, just a ‘training ride’ to make sure we still know HOW to ride and are continuing to make conditioning progress.

As with all MTC3 rides, it is highly recommended that you arrive early so that you are ready to depart at the ride time. Air, Brake, Chain checks promptly at 9:45 AM we will pull off at 10 AM Sharp!

Date: Sunday, March 29

Arrival Time: 9:30 AM

Departure Time: 10:00AM SHARP

End Time: 1:00 PM

Ride Leader: eD Dixon 312 203 8664, edixon22@gmail.com

Start Location: LaRabida Hospital parking lot

Destination: Wolf Lake

Distance: 20 miles

Time Duration: 3 hours

Average Speed: 10mph-check 12 mph-check, 14mph, check, not to exceed 16mph

This one goes up ONE NOTCH. This distance is a LITTLE longer than the previous rides but you are ready for the next step, right?

Drop/No Drop: Absolutely no drop. A little teasing but no dropping

IF you did spinning classes all winter and are itching to show off your speed, agility, and conditioning, this IS NOT THAT RIDE
