Description

The American Planning Association’s Chicago Metro Section is pleased to present a workshop focused on bicycle planning in the Chicago region.  A panel of leaders and practitioners in the field of bicycle planning will provide information through case studies and practical methods that planners can utilize to better integrate bicycle facilities into their communities.  More information on panelists will be forthcoming, but please save the date on your calendar and note that the event location has changed to CMAP (not UIC as listed on the CMS events calendar that was provided earlier this year).

This panel discussion will be in conjunction with the CMAP Soles and Spokes Bikeways Workshop: Designing for Bicycle Safety.  Please note that registration for the APA-CMS portion (4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.) of the co-sponsored event does not require registration for the CMAP portion of the event (8:00 a.m. to 4:15 p.m.).  Please see below for details on the separate registration processes and costs for the CMAP and APA-CMS portions of the event.
