Description

The Capital City Century (CCC) is one of the oldest receational cycling events in Illinois, attracting hundreds of riders from multiple states. Distance options of 10 to 100 miles over flat to slightly rolling terrain. A special double metric (125 mile) Challenge option will be offered in 2014. The main food stop will be at historic Clayville near Pleasant Plains. The CCC features organized food stops, SAG service, and a post-ride party at the K of C. A free Springfield area Historic Sites ride will be held on Saturday September 6th.
