In collaboration with The Land Conservancy of McHenry County, the McHenry County Bicycle Advocates are sponsoring a Midnight-to-Sunrise bicycle ride through the City of Crystal Lake on Saturday Night/Sunday Morning on August 4, 2012. The purpose of the ride is to benefit The Land Conservancy of McHenry County and promote bicycling as an alternate means of transportation and exercise within the City of Crystal Lake. The idea is to have a unique, fun and healthful activity for area residents to experience the streets, landmarks and people of Crystal Lake and to further make Crystal Lake a bike friendly community.
